Justin Teodoro is an Artist and Illustrator.  Graduating from the Parsons School of Design in 2006, Justin built a successful career as a Womenswear Fashion Designer for such companies as Tuleh, Cynthia Steffe, and Kenneth Cole Productions.

After 8 years in the fashion industry, Justin decided to merge together his two passions, Fashion and Art, into a new career as a fashion illustrator and artist.  His illustrative work has been featured in such publications as WWD, WSJ, Vogue, Amica, W Magazine, Glamour, GQ, Hercules International Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, US Weekly and OUT Magazine.   

As a creative consultant, Justin works with clients to create illustrated & graphic imagery and campaigns that are all infused with his own unique sensibility.  His list of clients include  Live Nation, ESPN, Lancôme, MAC Cosmetics, YouTube, Louis Vuitton, Shiseido, Moschino, Kevyn Aucoin, Oribe, Six Sense Kaplankaya, Richemont, The Public Theater, Barneys New York, Jason Wu, Reebok, Tombow, Marni, Kiton, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Rockefeller Center.

In 2019, Justin held his first solo art show Public Life at The Public Theater in New York City.  

In 2020, Justin collaborated with Hugo Boss on its Holiday Global Campaign #BOSSxJustinTeodoro and the Christmas Window designs of the KaDeWe Group Department Stores in Germany.

 

In 2022, Justin partnered with Nespresso on a collection of custom coffee mug artworks in support of The Ali Forney Center in NYC.  The artwork was used as well for store visuals in Nespresso stores in NYC, Miami, San Francisco and Beverly Hills.

And in 2022 Justin collaborated with Fantini Mosaici on a series of mosaic panels and furniture pieces based off of his original artwork.  The FANTINI x JUSTIN TEODORO collaboration debuted at the Fuori Salone during Milan Design Week in June 2022.

Also in 2022, Justin curated his first exhibition Little Artists with The Children’s Museum of the Arts at The Ace Hotel in Brooklyn, New York.

In 2023, Justin was part of the Costume Department for Madonna’s Celebration Tour.  Justin’s role was as the Costume Illustrator, working closely with the Costume Team sketching the looks of the show. 

And at the start of 2024, Justin’s original illustrations were chosen to be printed on exclusive merchandise for The Celebration Tour.

Justin’s style carries a strong interest in that symbiotic relationship between Fashion and Art.  It has become a visual diary that documents his life and work and pure idolization of everything and anything fashion and design.  His artistic style is creating a unique visual world with a charming and personal touch all his own.
