DOMESTIC:

 

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIS USPS PRIORITY MAIL. TO ESTIMATE THE TOTAL DELIVERY TIME FOR YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE ALLOW 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER FOR SHIPMENT, IN ADDITION TO THE TIME INDICATED BY USPS PRIORITY MAIL. ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND DELIVERED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS. JUSTIN TEODORO CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNEXPECTED SHIPPING DELAYS SUCH AS SEVERE WEATHER, NATURAL DISASTERS, ETC. WHICH MAY ADD AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE.

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.  WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY.  ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE EMAILED AT A SPECIAL REQUEST TO JUSTIN@JUSTINTEODORO.COM. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WITHIN 24 HOURS (ON BUSINESS DAYS, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS) TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER AND COMPLETE SHIPPING DETAILS AND COSTS.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE:

 

JUSTIN TEODORO WANTS YOU TO BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOU SHOULD NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU MAY RETURN REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE TO US DIRECTLY WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE, MINUS THE SHIPPING CHARGES, WHEN ACCOMPANIED WITH THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT, UNWORN, AND WITH ALL TAGS IN PLACE. WE DO NOT REFUND ORIGINAL OR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. RETURNS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT. REFUNDS MAY ONLY BE ISSUED IN THE SAME FORM AS WAS UTILIZED FOR PAYMENT. FULL-PRICED MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY.

 

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON SALE MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 

RETURN PACKAGES MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS (OR 10 DAYS IN THE CASE OF SALE MERCHANDISE) FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL DELIVERY. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AS WELL AS ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU INSURE YOUR PACKAGE AND USE A SHIPPER THAT ALLOWS YOU TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE. CLAIMS FOR PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE MADE BY THE SHIPPER. PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT INSIDE THE PACKAGE. JUSTIN TEODORO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN SHIPPING OR DELIVERY DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE OR ANY OTHER UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS. WE WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OR COMPENSATION IN THE EVENT THAT RETURN PACKAGES ARE LOST, STOLEN, OR MISHANDLED.
